The purpose of this research is to compare attitudes before and after participating in the ScrippsAVID program. This post-survey will take you less than 5 minutes to complete. We appreciate your help with this research.
Although we strongly encourage you to participate in this research, your participation is entirely voluntary. If you do not wish to participate in this research, you can close the survey. We will not know if you participate in this research, and whether you choose to participate or not will have no effect on your participation in the program. Your identity will not be shared. Participation in this research consists of you filling out the following survey now and a couple more times later. Completion of this questionnaire will constitute your consent to participate in the research.
